A fresh tropical blast Cajun style. This fresh dressing has the goodness and vitamins of avocadoes, peas, corriander, parsley and shallots. Naturally coloured and preserved this dressing is a great finish to prawns, fish(any seafood) and chicken. Fantastic as a spicy sauce for a prawn cocktail.
